  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the role

Join the talented team at NCP Construction Solution Sdn. Bhd. as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor based in Juru, Penang. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing vital estimating and quantity surveying support to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the preparation of detailed cost estimates for tendering
  • Assisting in request quotation and do the comparison for tendering
  • Communicate with subcontractor or supplier to get price
  • Purchasing of material and tools for project
  • To prepare progress claim and variation order
  • To assist the QS in the preparation of materials schedule.
  • Filing tender documents and drawings and also achieving works

REQUIREMENTS SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction-related field.
  • Fresh graduates with positive attitude, willingness to learn, analytical and extremely thorough in details are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently
  • Malaysian Citizen Only

OTHER CRITERIA
• Gender: Male / Female
• Work day: Mon- Fri (9:00am – 6.00pm)
• Location: (Juru, Penang)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,000.00-3,000 per month
