Job Responsibilities
- Managing Quotations & Forecasting: Overseeing the preparation of quotations and managing demand forecasts and shipping schedules.
- Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and expanding the customer base.
- Sales & Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining long-term client relationships, providing support, and recommending solutions to meet customer needs.
- Product & Market Knowledge: Keeping up with industry trends, competitors, and product developments to identify areas for improvement and new opportunities.
- Sales Goals & Reporting: Meeting sales KPIs, preparing reports, and analyzing market activities.
- Technical Expertise: Leveraging technical knowledge to explain complex products or services in an understandable way, and contributing to team efforts as needed.
- Payment Management: Managing customer receivables and ensuring timely payments.
- Experience with Automotive is preferable.
- With driving license & own vehicle.
- Can speak & write in Mandarin, English and Malay.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer preferable in automotive industry.
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives and upper level.
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding presentation and creativity skills.
- Willingness to travel.
