Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Admin role at menumiz based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with the option for some work from home. The Admin will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, maintaining phone etiquette, communication, executive administrative assistance, and clerical skills.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Knowlege in book keeping and XERO
  • English and Mandarin skills are a plus
