Job description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes, CRM and the ability to analyze sales performance metrics. Experience in areas such as sales operations, bid desk management, deal operations, business operations, and services operations. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our sales team to ensure operational efficiency and data-driven decision making. Applicant must be Malaysian passport holder and be fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Oversee systems and processes to accelerate sales enablement and improve sales team efficiency.
- Define and maintain standard operations procedures for documentation and agreements in each sales case.
- Own and maintain the customer license database, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage and execute quotations and complex bids for large projects, including subscription software and services.
- Manage licensing and pricing of our products and educate the sales teams on pricing methods and strategies.
- Update and maintain sales playbook content to support the sales team’s efforts.
- Provide training in SOPs, licensing, and pricing to sales teams.
- Manage license compliance of customers and partners.
- Define and monitor key sales performance indicators to track and improve sales outcomes.
- Manage the sales forecasting processes to predict future sales and set targets.
- Manage sales and license related content for internal and external consumption.
- Perform various administrative tasks to relieve sales teams, allowing them to focus more on customer and prospect engagement.
- Other sales operations tasks to support various projects and team development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales operations or similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales process and CRM systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with an ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
