Planner

Planner is responsible to plans, prepares, issues and controls production schedules and coordinates with material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved material timed to meet production requirements. He/She also coordinates the flow of released materials within departments according to production schedule to limit cost and disruption while meeting customer delivery requirements.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain manufacturing planning tools and related systems.
• Generate production order and release to manufacturing.
• Responsible for tracking & projection of on-time delivery to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Responsible for tracking & projection of revenue attainment.
• Responsible for inventory management.
• Update and maintain daily Production Order and other related report.
• Schedule daily priorities list for manufacturing.
• Responsible for all ECO material disposition for manufactured parts.
• Responsible to support New Product Development/ Introduction & Sample Qualification Build.
• Participate in Lean manufacturing continuous-improvement efforts as they relate to planning and manufacturing.
• Responsible to support rescheduling production orders & propose contingency plan or production ramp plan.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Experience in using Microsoft Navision is an added advantage.
• 3-5 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of material/production control and basic Lean manufacturing concepts.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products
• Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
