We are looking for a self-motivated and diligent Sales Admin with a growth mindset, interested in wearing many hats, and willingness to roll up their sleeves to launch and support and execute sales activities for our dynamic business. In this fast-paced role, you will work directly with the senior sales eam to establish at-scale sales operations within weeks. Help to assist clients through each step of the sales process, helping them resolve any concerns or questions they may have while processing, tracking and shipping orders efficiently. They also identify and create lists of potential clients while maintaining databases of sales.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate quotations and follow up.
  • Post-sales support and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients.
  • Assist in various activities of the sales team.
  • Manage and oversee projects delegated projects effectively.
  • Achieve assigned KPIs with a focus on delivering results.

Job Requirements:

  • Fluency in English is required, both speaking and writing.
  • A Diploma or professional certificate in a related field is a plus.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, customer service skills and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Well-organized with multi-tasking skills.
  • Able to handle stress and remain calm.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
