  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description
  • Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Mechanical),Engineering (Electrical / Electronic),Engineering (Industrial)
  • Leads efforts to evaluate defective product; recommends effective ways to improve the quality of finished products and/or minimize production process waste.
  • Evaluates available technology and resources in order to develop achievable process improvement goals.
  • Gathers data quantifying process efficiency, analyses and recommends process improvements.
  • Provides technical guidance and liaison to product operations, assists the operative staffs on new techniques and may assist in the determination of causes of rejected parts and their disposition.
  • Lead and develop solutions to production related issues utilizing appropriate tools (Lean, PFMEA, control plans, flow charts, 8D, TPM, mistake proofing, 5S, etc.)
  • Foresee common process difficulties and plan options. Support teams with quotes and assistance to the manufacturing, quality, development, and program staff, as required.
  • Participate in continuous improvements activities to improve overall safety, quality, cost and delivery performance.
  • Provides guidance to process engineering GL in various projects and responsibilities.
  • Responsible to raise Purchase Requisition (PR) or Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) if assigned by superior as authorized member.
  • Implement PDCA cycle in all activity done.
  • Performs a variety of tasks assigned by superior.
  • To ensure production continuity by support repair activity for long pending machine/unit through investigation, analysis and repair.
  • To ensure production continuity by conduct TWI-JI due to frequent 4M changes in production line during daily absentism.
  • To ensure production quality by support setup, in line checking and patrol for quality improvement activity.
  • To ensure production continuity by minimize line downtime through support repair and maintenance activity for production related equipment, tools & jigs.

Job Requirement
  • Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management or related technical degree.
  • Preferably at least 5 years of related working experience.
  • Preferably Executive specializing in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Good attitude in engineering analysis problem solving and solution finding.
  • Knowledge in Statistical Process Control and Design of Experiment.
  • Strong technical skills and be an excellent analytical thinker.
  • Good communication skills in English,Malay language for both spoken and written
