Requirements:
• Proven experience in IT sales, technology products, or a related field ( 1-2 years preferred).
• Strong passion for technology with a commitment to staying current on the latest IT trends.
• Proficient in CRM platforms and sales reporting tools, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa.
• Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Possess own transport and able to travel.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the IT products and solutions market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including resellers, distributors, and end-users.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.
• Lead project presentations, demonstrations, and technical consultations for potential clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and approaches.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and provide feedback to management on market trends and potential opportunities.
