  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Strategic thinker and result oriented professional responsible for driving portfolio strategy development, transformative initiatives and subsidiary development to align with CelcomDigi TechCo overarching strategy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Strategy and Optimization: Develop and recommend portfolio strategies with input from Line of Businesses (LOB), conduct capability assessment and proposal to obtain the capability (partner, build, M&A). Drive synergy realization across lines of business. Develop pricing and profitability strategies, competitor analysis, and execute strategy review and refresh
  • Operating Model Transformation: Drive transformative initiatives across people, processes, and systems, including change management initiatives.
  • Strategic Projects: Identify and lead high-impact projects; developing the commercial, financial (and business case), operating model and entity/capability requirements for review and endorsement from management
  • Subsidiary Development: Align subsidiary goals with TechCo strategy and manage performance and governance. Support in assessing acquisition targets to strengthen the portfolio and line of business.
  • Business Planning and Performance Management: Lead TechCo annual business planning and develop dashboards to track performance, synergies, and ROI.
  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to governance standards and drive compliance initiatives across TechCo.

Job Requirements

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in strategy or management consulting within the technology industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (IT, Engineering, or Finance). A master’s degree in finance or business is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Solid business acumen and a strategic mindset, with the ability to identify and drive value creation within the technology sector.
  • Proven experience in developing business and commercialization proposals, including financial modeling for the technology industry.
  • Expertise in leading operating model transformation initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with M&A processes and integration strategies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies.
