Ensure the team adheres to the sales process and CRM systems. 4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners. Act as a point of escalation for major client issues and resolve them effectively. Drive new business development opportunities and manage major accounts. 5. Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure sales efforts align with company objectives.
