  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Assistant at Vixels Creative Digital Marketing. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, communication, and clerical skills. The position is primarily located in Kuala Lumpur but allows for some work from home flexibility.

Qualifications

  • Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in diary management and clerical skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
