OPERATIONS MANAGER(mandarin speaking)

Responsibility es:  Oversee the daily supply chain process, including transportation , distribuon operaons, and import/export customs compliance.  Ensure high customer satisfaction by meeting logistic service expectations and resolving service issues.  Lead and manage logiscs operaonal staff, including training, performance evaluaon, development and recruitment.  Track KPIs and prepare reports on logistics performance and cost analysis.  Analyze and improve logistics processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.  Develop and manage the logiscs budget, idenfying cost-saving opportunies and controlling expenses.  Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks  Evaluate, select, and manage relaonships with logiscs service providers while negoang contracts to ensure service quality and cost-effecveness.  Address and resolve issues related to logistics operations, such as delays and discrepancies, to ensure smooth and efficient processes.  Implement and ulize logiscs so+ware and technologies to improve efficiency and stay updated on industry advancements.  Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency in logistics activities.  Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and standards, including customs, import/export laws, and safety requirements etc.
