Building and office Cleaner, normal shift

Job Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various settings, including offices, homes, and commercial buildings. Responsibilities: • Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.) • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities • Ability to carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects • Notify management of deficiencies or needs for repairs • Make adjustments and minor repairs • Stock and maintain supply rooms • Cooperate among staffs are key. • Follow all health and safety regulations Requirements: • Proven working experience as a Cleaner • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects. • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies • Knowledge of how to clean office equipment & computer well. • Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets • Integrity and ability to work independently • Willingness to travel to different locations on need basis. • Patient with customer’s demand, respect client privacy and confidentiality. • High school certification.
