Content Review Analyst - Vietnamese Speaker

Key Responsibilities: Review, evaluate, and moderate user-generated content to ensure adherence to company policies and community guidelines for the Vietnam market. Analyze and escalate content issues, such as copyright violations, inappropriate materials, or fraudulent activities, to the appropriate teams. Stay updated on cultural, societal, and legal changes in Vietnam to provide accurate context for content evaluation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Policy, Operations, and Customer Support, to improve content review processes. Identify trends and provide insights to enhance platform security and user experience in the Vietnam market. Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity while meeting tight deadlines and quality standards. Requirements: Proficiency in Vietnamese (both written and verbal) is mandatory. Strong understanding of Vietnam's cultural, social, and legal environment. Fluency in English to effectively communicate with global teams. Previous experience in content moderation, review, or compliance roles is preferred but not mandatory. Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive content with a professional and unbiased approach. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content trends in Vietnam.
