Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior business analysts and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
- Assist in the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and project plans to support decision-making and project prioritization.
- Conduct data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement or optimization.
- Support the design and documentation of functional specifications, user stories, and system requirements to guide development efforts.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to ensure that solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, finance, economics, information technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Familiarity with foundational concepts and principles of business analysis, such as requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and documentation practices.
- Basic knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or other project management methodologies commonly used in business analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, present findings, and interact with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis, manipulation, and visualization, and PowerPoint for creating presentations and reports.
- Understanding Industry 4.0 automation principles.
