About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, building client relationships, and leading sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals and expand Quess’s market presence in Malaysia
- Identify growth opportunities, target industries, and potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Actively engage with potential customers to understand their business needs and present tailored solutions from Quess’s portfolio of services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including recruitment, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, including revenue growth, client acquisition, and market expansion goals
- Monitor and report sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Ensure all client agreements align with Quess’s business objectives and compliance standards
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the staffing, HR solutions, or workforce management industry
- Strong knowledge of the Malaysian market and an existing network of industry contacts
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
