  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead and enhance our client HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR initiatives, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive work environment within a BPO setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HR operations, focusing on payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Lead and manage recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry best practices.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10-15 years of HR experience, preferably in BPO or Shared Services environments.
  • Strong expertise in HR operations, payroll, compensation, and benefits management.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Ability to work onsite at KL Sentral & Selangor.
