- Prepare and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely processing & delivery and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Track shipments, liaise with logistics and handle import & export clearance permits and documentation. Ensure compliance with customs regulations for all shipments.
- Managing inventory, receiving and dispatching goods, and keeping records of transactions.
- Prepare sales quotations, follow up payments and goods delivery.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assign by sales manager from time to time.
- PURCHASING CUM ADMIN.
- At least SPM graduates/Min. 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Good self-discipline and the ability to work independently.
- Able to understand/write/speak in Bahasa English, Malay & Mandarin. The ability to speak and write in Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Must possess own transport.
Office location at Bukit Serdang/Kinara Puchong/Pandan Indah, Selangor.
- 5 working days.
- Company will provide EPF, SOCSO & EIS.
