Job Title: Sr. Sales Manager (Malaysia)
Sales managers are required to be responsible for developing and managing local businesses
to achieve sales goal. He/She should follow company sales strategy and explore local
business including channel partners and vertical customers.
Report to: Derek Wong (Regional Sales Director)
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Job Descriptions:
- To achieve sales target and grow business by executing the sales and marketing strategy of Malaysia.
- To do market mapping of target verticals and generate sales pipelines and grow verticals customer
base.
- To recruit, develop and manage channel partners and build up the business contribution of channels.
- To do sales forecast and provide market and competitor analysis report.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships in retail, e-commerce logistics, transportation & Logistic,
and other relative verticals.
- Foster customer satisfaction by maintaining regular customer contact and managing customer
expectations.
You must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above.
- Could use English and Mandarin as working language.
Qualities about you that might make this decision easier:
- Minimum 5 years sales experiences in Auto-ID or relevant industries of information, electronic products
and etc.
- Barcode equipment experiences are preferred, including the previous customer base.
- A customer-focus working style and the ability to quickly pivot in dynamic environment.
- An open mind with strong self-motivation spirit.
