  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

The Iteration Manager key role in enabling the delivery of complex data solutions and products for our customers. As an Iteration Manager, you will take accountability for the delivery of value to stakeholders. You will empower, lead, and coach teams to be successful, self-organizing and adaptable to change. You are responsible for keeping the team moving, and continuously reporting on developments, celebrating successes, and defining, understanding, and resolving

roadblocks. As a Senior member of the team, you will demonstrate leadership qualities

and will be required to assume accountability for team outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the focus on customer value and outcomes and maximize flow.
  • Accountable for the delivery of technical and business value.
  • Responsible for Agile processes and improvement within the team.
  • Prioritize removal of impediments and coach the team to resolve them.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with business, customer groups and within the squad.
  • Lead a continuous improvement culture, and reduction of waste.
  • Develop, monitor, and communicate team reporting and metrics.
  • Manage operational and project risks.
  • Run standups and track task progress
  • Coordinate project estimation, scheduling, resource planning and CAPEX approvals
  • Eliciting requirements from our Business Stakeholders along with the associated priorities, providing an opportunity for the Developer team to successfully deliver to business expectations
  • Ensure all project deliverables & timelines are met
  • Communicate project status update with Business Stakeholders
  • Work with Technology Project Management team in providing regular project updates
  • Monitor Dev timesheets and provide Finance monthly team recharges for projects
  • Partnering with Data Architect, BA and Business Intelligence and Data Foundations leads to deliver initiatives successfully and manage stakeholder expectations

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
  • 5 years proven project delivery and IM experience
  • Understanding of data and analytics
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and being able to deal with conflict (both internal and external to team)
  • Self-motivated, genuine desire to provide business value.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the development team and with other iteration managers.
  • Strong understanding of agile frameworks – Kanban, Scrum
  • People leadership skills, particularly in guiding effective team behaviours.
  • Excellent skills in leading a team including coaching, and having difficult conversations and providing feedback
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Inquisitive in nature.
  • Good knowledge in Jira – Kanban board
