  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the implementation and execution of digital platforms (web and mobile applications) in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product rollouts, manage sprint deliverables, and address delivery risks effectively. The role includes conceptualizing user stories, defining product features, prioritizing product backlogs, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will also be responsible for stakeholder management, driving Agile processes, and focusing on customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of digital platforms, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with various teams to meet sprint goals and mitigate delivery risks.
  • Prioritize features and backlogs, based on the product roadmap and business objectives.
  • Drive the Agile process and ensure smooth product iterations.
  • Influence and manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment across squads and teams.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of experience in a software development environment, working on web and/or mobile applications.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Digital Channels, Product Development, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience or exposure to HealthTech is a plus.
