Lead Generation Specialist (SDR) for SaaS software

As the first point of contact for potential customers, you will play a vital role in building new relationships, generating leads, and setting up our sales team for success. What you’ll be doing:
- Generating New Opportunities: Use HubSpot, cold calls, and email to create new sales opportunities and engage with potential clients across various industries.
- Research & Outreach: Conduct proactive research on accounts via LinkedIn, Google, and Apollo to identify key decision-makers and establish connections.
- Set Up Key Meetings: Schedule calls and meetings between prospects and our sales team to drive valuable conversations.
- Target Achievement: Drive outbound prospecting to create new logo business opportunities, primarily targeting Managing Partners, Accountants, and Admin teams, including C-Level and management contacts.
- Educate & Qualify: Help prospective customers understand the power of bilabl automation, while qualifying opportunities based on business potential.
- Report on Success: Keep your sales manager updated on weekly, monthly, and quarterly results, and consistently meet or exceed your sales targets.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: At least 2 years in a sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage prospects through phone, email, and social channels with clarity and confidence in English (Knowing Mandarin will be a plus).
- Problem Solvers: A creative mindset with excellent analytical skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
- Ambition to Grow: A desire to build your career within a sales organization and move up to greater opportunities.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) or 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Apollo is a plus.
