Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the Role
- Managing all aspects of contracting with territory accounts
- Develop, maintain and apply a high level of product knowledge
- Achieve objectives defined for each accounts/territory
- Actively monitor market trends through personal contact with customer and provide feedback to relevant managers on field intelligence
- Leverage portfolio and increase market share of Sinclair’s products
- Develop and manage relationships with support team, decision makers etc
- Identify new opportunities in the defined accounts for further strategic synergies
- Provide training and support about the proper use of Sinclair products and advise on the best practice management, through training events
- Plan field activity based on customer segmentation and targeting principles to maximise results
- Define and execute monthly action plan for the assigned accounts
- Effectively use promotional activities in line with budget
- Adhere to Company promotional strategy
Essential Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree level
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets for min 10 years preferably in Aesthetic industry
- Proven sales success is essential
- Proven track record of working across organizations to coordinate resources effectively to deliver an effective service to large customers
- Demonstrate success in negotiating, consulting and building exceptional relationships at highest level
- High level of analytical skills
