Job Description
- Troubleshooting of Faults by End Users using Remote Access / On-Site
- Knowledge to handle PCs, Notebooks, Peripheral & Printer faults
- Assist in the Setup of New PCs and Installation of Software / Local & Remote
- Familiar with Ticketing System and respond promptly to tickets via system
- Possess customer service skills to communicate with end-users
- Knowledgeable of different IT Technologies where continuous learning in the work field is expected
- Junior IT Support based Customer Office
- Junior IT Support on Field Onsite
- Hardware support for PC, Tablet, and Printer.
- PC Software support Win10, Office 365, Antivirus, etc.
- Maintain a high degree of customer service to all employees, vendors, and clients of the company and adhere to all service management principles.
- Perform administrative and other tasks as deemed necessary by the Helpdesk Team Lead
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Training will be provided.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 1 - 2 years of working experience is preferred
- Written and spoken language proficiency
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Must possess own transport
- Willing to travel (on-site support)
- Willing to work in an odd working schedule
- Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia
