  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Degree in Social related subjects, Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Sustainable Development, agriculture or any related science-based discipline.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
  • Implement sustainability commitments and initiatives that support the Social, Environmental and Governance/Economic aspects of the company.
  • Coordinate with relevant operating units to strive towards embedding sustainability in organizational culture and in business operations.
  • Support the management of material sustainability matters of the company.
  • Liaise closely with relevant departments in the compilation, verification analysis of data.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments and operating units to monitor target achievement of all deliverables.
  • Communicate sustainability issues to relevant departments and operating units for immediate responses and actions.
  • Implement internal awareness programmes including sustainability training and briefings.
  • Prepare sustainability-related presentations and reports.
  • To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior or any other persons designated by the Company.

Job Requirements

Requirements
  • Degree in Social related subjects, Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Sustainable Development, agriculture or any related science-based discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years’ related experience, preferably with exposure in the oil palm plantation industry.
  • Experience in working on programs related to Social & Human Rights.
  • Competence and a good working knowledge of sustainability areas (i.e.: ESG, SDG, RSPO,MSPO, etc).
  • Strong knowledge and experience on how business can deliver on sustainability.
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
