Position Overview

We are hiring a Senior Network Engineer to lead network project delivery, enhance team capabilities, and ensure timely project completion. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of network project experience, strong technical skills, and excellent teamwork abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead planning, design, and implementation of small to medium-scale network projects.

- Configure, install, and troubleshoot network devices (Cisco, H3C, Huawei).

- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.

- Conduct training sessions and document project knowledge for team growth.

- Identify project risks and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.

Requirements

a. Technical Skills:

- Proficient in routing/switching, WAN/LAN design, and L2/L3 protocols (STP, OSPF, BGP).

- Experience with IPsec VPN, network security, and medium-scale networks (50-500 devices).

- H3CSE, CCNP or equivalent certifications are preferred.

b. Project Management:

- Familiar with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

- Strong resource and time management skills.

c. Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Fluent in Chinese/English/Malay, able to read Chinese is a plus.

d. Education:

- Degree/diploma in Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

- Team management or mentoring experience.

- Knowledge of network automation tools.

- Wireless networking experience.
