Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and manage long-term product roadmaps aligned with the company’s vision and business objectives.
  • Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end development and management of vehicle financing products, including conducting product and pricing analyses to ensure market competitiveness and profitability. Lead the development of new products by preparing comprehensive proposal papers, risk assessments, and gap analyses for management approvals.
  • Product Enhancement: Continuously review and propose improvements to existing vehicle financing products to enhance their value and market appeal.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and market dynamics. Leverage insights to refine product strategies and stay ahead of competitors by monitoring their activities, strategies, and offerings.
  • Business Performance Analysis: Track and analyze product performance, including sales trends, customer feedback, and market share. Prepare regular reports and data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote vehicle financing products. Oversee the design and execution of marketing materials while managing the company's website and digital presence.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment on product planning, pricing strategies, and successful execution of initiatives.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the key expert on vehicle financing products, providing guidance and support for product launches and ongoing business development efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
  • 3 to 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in Product Management or Strategy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
