  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to help shape both the experiences we create and the processes that drive our design team. As a key designer in the organization, you’ll play a crucial role in refining our UX practices and integrating design thinking across the company and across regions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be involved in developing and optimizing design workflows, creating frameworks that spark design thinking and ensure consistency.
  • Work closely with the product team to craft design strategies that align with user needs and business goals.
  • Ensure the user’s perspective is considered in every conversation and decision, advocating for strong UX design in cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate collaboration between designers, engineers, and product teams, fostering teamwork and breaking down silos.
  • While your role will focus less on UI work, your Figma expertise will guide the team and help maintain design standards.
  • Bring hands-on expertise in design, contributing to usability testing, creating high-fidelity design aligned with user journeys, and supporting the readiness of the design system.

Who You Are:

  • A designer with a strategic mindset, able to see the bigger picture and influence others.
  • Someone who enjoys creating processes that support both creativity and efficiency.
  • Well-versed in UX best practices and always looking to refine and improve them.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a product UI/UX role.
  • Experience in finance is a bonus.
