Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support: Assist with sourcing, screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
  • Onboarding: Help with the preparation and coordination of onboarding materials and activities for new employees.
  • Employee Records: Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, including personal information, leave records, and performance documentation.
  • Training and Development: Support the planning and coordination of training sessions and employee development programs.
  • HR Administration: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, and drafting HR-related communications.
  • Employee Engagement: Help coordinate employee engagement events, surveys, and feedback initiatives.
  • Special Projects: Work on various HR projects such as employee wellness programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

  • Qualifications:

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced HR team.
