Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for an Information Technology Support Engineer at Konica Minolta Business Technologies. The role is based in Petaling Jaya with the opportunity to work within Klang Valley area. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for technical support, troubleshooting, system administration, and help desk support on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Help Desk Support skills
- Experience in Information Technology and System Administration (Windows Operating Systems)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and IT Technical skills in hardware
- Knowledge of network protocols and security
- Knowledge in ITSM and IT service management (ITIL) is an added advantage.
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) are a plus
