Job Summary: The Digital Product Manager will drive the strategic development and enhancement of our digital products, including network, infra, websites, mobile apps, and other lab related online services. The DPM will work closely with stakeholders across the company to define product vision, requirements, and roadmap, ensuring successful product delivery and long-term product growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision:

  • Define and communicate the vision and strategy for digital products based on market research, customer feedback, and company goals.
  • Create and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Product Lifecycle Management:

  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring timely delivery and iteration.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to create and launch digital products.
  • Ensure products are continuously optimized, using data-driven insights and customer feedback.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders (internal and external) and development teams.
  • Gather and document product requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable features.
  • Prioritize features and functionalities based on business value, user needs, and technical constraints.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze product performance through metrics such as user engagement, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Use data to make informed decisions on product improvements and to drive key product KPIs.
  • Monitor and track the success of launched products and propose necessary iterations.

User-Centered Design:

  • Work closely with the design team to ensure digital products are user-friendly and meet customer needs.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine product design.
  • Create user stories, personas, and wireframes to guide the development process.

Agile Product Management:

  • Manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined and prioritized for each sprint.
  • Lead sprint planning, review, and retrospectives as part of the Agile process.
  • Ensure efficient communication and collaboration among all teams involved in the product development process.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with customer support teams to address issues, improve customer satisfaction, and gather product feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a healthcare technology related course.
  • 4 – 6 years of experience in product management or a similar role in digital product development.
  • Strong understanding of digital products, including web and mobile applications.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of detail and focus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in product analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and the ability to work with design teams to deliver user-centered products.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2C or B2B digital product development within the HIS/LIS industry
  • Familiarity with digital products in ranges of Network, Cloud, Healthcare Infrastructure, Mobile applications, Lab applications etc.
  • Experience in A/B testing, user research, or data analysis tools.
