  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities: ( REQUIRE TO TRAVEL ) • Perform 1st level support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving assistance on network and server equipment/CCTV/alarm/laptop/wifi router/printer/photostat machine in outlets ( Malaysia) • Manage the entire IT infrastructure and system-related activities, to ensure the availability, workability and timely deployment. • Manage the refund request for company e-wallet system. • Push notification, news and advertisement for in house e-wallet apps. • Keep track and update the documentations for IT related assets. Perform ad-hoc or additional tasks as assigned by supervisor. • Maintain daily task at outlet for any problem or installation. ( Need to Travel ) • Assist Office Autocount system. • End-to-end management of IT projects to deliver on-time. • Ensure every given project complies with all applicable legal, regulatory, policy, and best practice requirements. • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues • Document all technical issues and resolutions accurately Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team members
