Job Responsibilities : To evaluate project requirements and present designs to managers and customers. To meet and consult with customers and vendors. To produce and implement designs and test procedures. To test, evaluate, modify and re–test finish products. To write, prepare reports and keep documentation organized. To provide technical advice when needed. To measure the performance of all mechanical components, devices and engines. To utilize computer–aided design / modelling software when needed. To analyze, process and interpret data when needed. To identify, formulate and produce effective solutions to emergent problems. To evaluate overall performance of the final products, its reliability and safety. To alter and modify design to meet requirements and to eliminate malfunctions. To confirm system and product capabilities by designing feasibility and testing methods. To develop manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for fabricating, building, assembling and installing components. To assure system and product quality by designing testing methods. To test finished products & system capabilities. To confirm fabrication, assembly & installation processes. To complete any projects by training and guiding technicians / subordinates. Able to complete any tasks given and report to the superior before the target date. Basic Requirements : Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. At least 3 years of working experience in relevant industry. Or experience working in the field of mechanical engineering. Familiar with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools. (e.g., AutoCAD, Pro–E & etc.) Adequate knowledge of any engineering analysis tools (ANSYS, Pro-E or similar). Solid understanding of core concepts including Mechanics, Kinematics, Thermodynamics, Materials Science etc. Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner.
