Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Client Servicing Executive to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns. You will be the key point of contact between clients and our internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction, project success, and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning and implementing digital campaigns in line with clients’ business goals.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams (creative, content, performance, and strategy).
- Ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting client expectations and KPIs.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to clients on campaign performance.
- Manage client feedback and ensure quick resolution of concerns.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a related role in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and must be familiar with popular tools and platforms (SEO, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Analytics Tools, Facebook Ad Manager, Programmatic)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
