Senior Marketing Executive
Campaign Development and Execution • Assist in developing and delivering national marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth execution from concept and consumer testing to launch and post-campaign evaluation. • Independently manage specific projects, including goal setting, sales projection, budget management, and in-store execution. • Monitor and track campaign progress in real time, adjusting strategies based on data insights and market dynamics. • Identify opportunities for hyper-localized campaigns to drive engagement in specific markets. Agency and Partner Management • Coordinate with external creative, media, production, and PR agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines. • Act as the primary point of contact for agency relationships, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives. • Establish strong partnerships with vendors to negotiate favorable terms and improve operational efficiency. • Evaluate agency performance periodically to ensure alignment with business objectives and recommend improvements. • Foster collaborative relationships with agencies to encourage innovative ideas and fresh creative approaches. Media and Channel Management • Collaborate on media planning and placement across channels (TV, Print, Radio, Digital, etc.) to drive trial and repeat usage. • Analyze campaign performance and implement learnings for future activities. • Explore emerging media platforms and trends to identify new opportunities for audience engagement. • Stay updated on the latest media consumption trends to incorporate cutting-edge approaches into campaigns. • Manage digital campaigns with a focus on optimizing performance through A/B testing and data-driven decisions. • Build and maintain a strong brand voice that resonates consistently across all consumer touchpoints. Brand Stewardship • Support initiatives to enhance brand position and perception, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and compliance with trademarks and logos. • Contribute to continuous improvement in marketing programs through planning, execution, and post campaign analysis. • Conduct competitor analysis regularly to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Collaboration and Communication • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize customer engagement and maximize ROI. • Develop and present regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable next steps. • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure marketing strategies align with product launches. Project • Represent the brand and Company to network and open new marketing and branding opportunities for the brand and business. • Manage ad-hoc projects to support the Company's needs and growth.
Experience • Possess at least Degree in Business Studies/Marketing, related field or equivalent. • Has F&B or retail management experience in relevant working environment. • Those experienced in Corporate Branding is encouraged to apply. • 5-8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B industry or a fast-paced consumer-driven sector. • Good in IT skills – Microsoft Excel/PPT/Word. • Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes. • Hands-on experience with media planning and managing agency relationships. • Experience in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms to streamline processes. • Proven ability to lead crisis management in marketing situations, ensuring brand integrity. Management Skills • Strong project management skills, including goal setting, timeline development, and resource allocation. • Experience in budget management, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. • Ability to mentor and develop junior marketing team members to build future leaders. • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
