  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Job Summary: Providing after sales service/support to investors, agents and branches. Also provide timely response to queries from the above channel Essential / Key Duties & Responsibilities: • Answering calls from the Branches, Agents and Customers regarding Unit Trusts. • Provide customer service to customer and agents who walk in at the counter. • Follow up for incomplete transactions submitted by branches, agents and customers. • Handling written enquiries related to agent and customer. • Continuously suggest new process improvement related to customer servicing. • Provide confirmation advice/ account statement/ audit confirmation and tax voucher to customer upon request. • Assisting investors/agents to resolve any issues arise from online platform. • Liaising with service providers and other departments for all operational matters related to daily investors’ transactions. • Adhoc task as assign by Superior Experience/ Qualifications/Requirement: • Candidates with working experience in customer service will be an advantage • Candidates must possess at least SPM and above • Good communication in English • Good interpersonal skills • Detail-oriented, organize, self-motivated & ability to work independently • Responsible, positive and aggressive attitude.
