*Manage the employment process - Pre employment and coordinate in issuing appointment letter, arranging for medical check-up and opening of bank account and personal files. *Responsible for company's hiring activity - Manage the orientation program for newly join employees, Provide briefing to newly joined employees on HR Administration matters eg Car Sticker, Hostels, Uniforms & Shoes, Gate Pass, Locker, Panel Clinics, Employment Contract, COVID19 Awareness & Income tax matters. Modify latest information inside the briefing material. *Employee relation - Handle employee's uniform, factory shoes & locker to employees. Maintain available stock and plan for distribution. Plan order for insufficent stock based on annual budget *Responsible for preparing and submission of documents to Ministry of Home Affairs, FWCMS and Foreign Workers Embassy on matters related to foreign worker's employment such as application of foreign workers quota, renewal of work permit, renewal of passport, calling visa for new arrival of foreign workers, clearance for new Foreign workers at the airport, Check out memo for Foreign Workers end contract, Special Pass application and lodge police report for any runaway cases. Coordination on Foreign Workers FOMEMA Medical Check Up. *Manage on site service provider cleaning services - Daily partrolling and ensure toiletteries stock are sufficient and ensure the cleaning provider provides their services as per company requirements, Verify the invoices issue by cleaning service, compile documentation related *Manage on site service provider security services - Ensure the security provides their services as per company requirements, Verify the invoices issue by security service, checking and monitor visitor pass, update latest information in security post, checking the visitor pass *Handle matters related to landscaping services - Ensure landscaping & oil trap maintenance provides their services as per company requirements. *Support the immediate superior in compilation of documents for KML Internal audit, Koa Group Audit,RBA Audit , IATF 16949, ISO14001 and any customer's audit and carry out periodic audit on KML Hostels and Transporter (Provide transport services to employees) *Participate in the Small Group Activity for HRG Team *Manage request form related to HRG matters *Support as represent KML to visit employees who admitted hospital and attend funeral KML family members who passed away. *Administration - Compilation of Overtime Form, Tracking for the TOKEN Giveaway for the recommendation by internal employees, manage and control HRG filing system and stationary, update latest information Eg: Tel Ext/Speed Dial to all HRG member *Support in coordinating of company's various activity eg: surau committee , canteen committee & KOA function committee.
