Responsible for overseeing quality control and assurance processes to ensure that all gloves manufactured meet regulatory, customer, and company quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality Control & Inspection: - Supervise the inspection of raw materials, in-process production, and finished gloves to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards (ISO, ASTM, FDA, etc.). - Conduct visual and physical tests, including tensile strength, water-tightness, and defect assessments. 2. Compliance & Audits: - Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and customer requirements. - Coordinate internal and external audits, including ISO certification audits. Qualifications: 1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, or related field. 2. At least 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment (preferably glove or medical device manufacturing). 3. Strong knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and FDA requirements. 4. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software tools. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced and regulated manufacturing environment.
