Knowledgeable in basic accounting, bookkeeping, A/P, A/R and statement of account. • Can handle full-set of accounting will be an advantage. • Ensure proper filing of accounting documents and file projects. • Prepare monthly statement of account for project. • Prepare Progress Claim & Cert of Projects. • Assist in checking of payment certificate or subcontractor certificate. • Assist in check Statement, Invoice, DO from supplier. • Assist in Staff Claim ETC. • Familiar with sales report, internal audit will be an advantage. • Familiar with construction field will be an advantage. • Familiar with accounting software (SQL and Autocount software will be an advantage) • Prepare and responsible for general administration works. • Any ad hoc tasks assign by Superior Requirement • Able to start immediately • Basic skills in written and spoken English • knowledge of MS office and accounting software program. • Can independently work with minimal supervision. • Strong analytical abilities as well communication skills. • Good organizational and time management abilities. • Ability to handle confidential information. • Trustworthy, respectful, honest and flexible. send your resume to [email protected]
