Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Human Resource Manager & Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes, with a strong focus on recruitment. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with our values.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and candidate selection.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and create job descriptions.
Employee Onboarding & Integration:
- Develop and implement structured onboarding programs to ensure a seamless integration for new hires.
- Facilitate orientation sessions, ensuring employees receive the necessary training, tools, and resources to excel in their roles.
Performance Management:
- Design and oversee performance appraisal frameworks to align individual goals with company objectives.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and career development guidance to employees and managers.
- Develop performance improvement plans and track progress to enhance workforce productivity.
Employee Relations & Workplace Culture:
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring timely and confidential resolution of grievances.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost employee morale, satisfaction, and retention.
HR Compliance & Policy Development:
- Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and employment practices comply with Malaysian labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Regularly review, update, and enforce company policies related to workplace conduct, disciplinary actions, and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with legal and audit requirements.
Training & Development:
- Assess training needs and design learning programs that support employee growth and leadership development.
- Organize and manage workshops, seminars, and skill-building initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop career progression pathways for employees.
HR Administration & Reporting:
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management.
- Track and analyze key HR metrics such as turnover rates, engagement levels, and performance trends, providing data-driven insights to senior management.
- Lead HR digitalization initiatives to improve efficiency in HR processes and documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management and recruitment, preferably within the financial services or investment industry.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
