Mechanical Engineer

Job description To ensure that all Hospital facilities (building, infrastructures, engineering plants and installations) are operated according to the design specifications or to the intended purpose and according to the operational requirements; To ensure all equipment and systems are in well maintain and good condition delivered to client; To supervise the work of sub-contractor’s progress and handle any complaints that may arise from client; To liaise with authorities (DOSH, BOMBA, etc) for ensure all statutory requirement comply with regulation and act; To prepare Condition Appraisal Report for corrective maintenance work within 7 days from request received upon approval by client; To prepare beyond economic report when required and as per requested by customer; To prepare & submit project documentation (work permit, specification, drawing, report, etc); To ensure Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), Routine Inspection (RI), Breakdown and Work Request carry out as schedule or required; To check and verify documents Plan Preventive Maintenance (PPM) checklist submitted on time to Facility Manager; To prepare Mapping Report for verify by Facility Manager prior submitted to hospital; To attend Prevcm/VCM and others meeting with clients (monthly etc); To coordinate with suppliers / vendors for project delivery; To supervise the work of sub-contractor’s progress and handle any complaints that may arise from client; To involve in testing & commissioning of the Reimbursable Work and submit reports within 3 days for invoicing; To ensure quality of works and rectification of defects; and To involve in testing & commissioning of the corrective maintenance work and submit reports within 3 days for invoicing; To plan daily visit and prepare finding monitoring Checklist and submitted weekly; To perform and support other duties that may requires from time to time or any request support from other Region.
