Job Responsibilities -Supervise and manage packaging operations to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and efficiently -Manage, maintain, and oversee the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse -Coordinate and collaborate effectively with various departments to achieve operational goals -Perform basic computer operations for reporting and monitoring purposes -Train, guide, and motivate team members to ensure productivity and quality standards are met Job Requirements -Willing to work overtime when necessary -Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively -Proficient in basic computer operations -Prior experience in a related field or supervisory role is an advantage
