ACCOUNTS CLERK (1 Year Contract)

a) Assist Account Manager for monitoring, posting, cheque preparation and reconciliation of accounts payable and accounts receivables. b) Assist Account Manager on prepares and maintains payroll. c) Assist Account Manager on prepares monitors and analyses the job costing status for each contract. d) Assist preparing billing as required by Account Manager. e) Assist Account Manager Reads computer files or files records such as purchase orders, packing slips and charge slips to compile needed data to match the invoices. f) Assist Account Manager to Post transactions to accounting records such as worksheets, ledger or computer files. g) Assist Account Manger to prints invoices, accounts statement, reports and other records. Also assist in financial reporting. h) Assisting management on Company Business Development.
