  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a dedicated and organized IT support to join our talented team at Versiduwer Sdn Bhd . This full-time role is based in Kota damansara and will be responsible for providing crucial administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations Scope of Work • Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, website, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware. Diagnosing and solving IT issues, including hardware and software problems. • Installation and configuration: Setting up computer systems, software, hardware, IT tools, digital equipment & etc. • Security: Managing user accounts and permissions, and ensuring data security • Training: Providing guidance to users on how to use IT tools and applications • Monitoring: Monitor IT systems, user accounts, company digital equipment to assess performance and security • Documentation: Logging service requests and updating tickets • Collaboration: Working with the system developer, contractor to implement projects and upgrades • Staying current: Keeping up with the latest IT trends and advancements Requirement • Minimum Sijil or Diploma in IT Networking. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply. • Possess working experience in server & network equipment will be an added advantage. • Result oriented, dynamic, creative, self-motivated and willing to accept challenge. • Able to speak and write in good English, BM to liaise with associates. • Required skill (s) : knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies, system backup and recovery procedures, system performance monitoring tools, Adobe, MS Office and etc. • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information • Healthy adult with completed vaccination. • Able to start work immediately.
