Job Responsibilities: • Develop and manage construction schedules for building projects, including resource planning and coordination of subcontractor activities. • Review project specifications to create time schedules and accurate cost estimates for construction phases. • Monitor and track the progress of the building project, providing regular reports on timelines and budgets. • Organize and attend meetings to discuss project progress, issues, and resource allocation. • Analyze architectural and structural drawings to prepare material requirements and cost estimates. • Ensure that the building project is progressing as planned, within the established budget, and on schedule. • Coordinate with different teams to address any delays or challenges, ensuring effective resolution to meet project deadlines. Job Requirement: • Degree in Building Construction Management / Civil Engineering or equivalent • Minimum 5 - 8 years experiences in similar field. • Conversant in Microsoft Project/ Primavera software • Good written and interpersonal skills. • Able to apply critical path method techniques and sound knowledge in construction sequence. • Good understanding of procurement, engineering and constructive activities. • Willing to work at Pahang.
