Job Description: - **Assessment and Implementation of Teaching and Learning (PnP):** - Conduct assessments and set learning goals appropriate to the children's needs. - Implement activities aligned with the established learning goals. - **Monitoring Children's Development:** - Record children's progress according to the prescribed learning modules. - Collaborate with therapists to understand, plan, and support children’s special needs in the learning context. - **Communication with Clients:** - Hold regular meetings with parents as per the set schedule. - Provide accurate information about the child's progress to parents or guardians. - Communicate precise details regarding the programs offered at the therapy center, especially to external clients. - **Reporting, Records, and Data:** - Prepare reports, files, and documents related to job duties. - Ensure company and client data confidentiality is maintained securely. - **Team Collaboration:** - Collaborate with therapists, team members, and other staff to ensure smooth operations. - **Management of Cleanliness, Welfare, and Safety:** - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the learning environment according to current standards. - Ensure the welfare and safety of the children. - Clean and reorganize the classroom as per established procedures. - Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients. - Attend necessary training and courses to improve skills according to the job requirements. - Perform additional tasks as assigned from time to time. **Criteria:** - **Academic Qualification:** - Qualifications in Early Childhood Education (Diploma, Degree, or equivalent). - **Communication Skills:** - Good communication skills with children and parents. - **Patience and Empathy:** - Patient and understanding of children's needs. - **Teaching Skills:** - Ability to plan and implement creative learning activities. - **Professional Attitude:** - Maintain ethical conduct, ensure a safe learning environment, and promote positive behavior.
