A. REQUIREMENT LOCAL ARE ENCOURAGE Minimum 1 years experience in related field Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Executives specializing in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available. B. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Coordinate M & E and architectural drawings, to highlight discrepancies and take remedial measures, where necessary, timely and effectively. Plan and implement, at structural stage, the M & E services required for the project. Assist in the preparation and submission of M & E claims for the project. Check and supervise the work of M & E sub contractors You will be responsible for: Generate detailed BIM models and drawings for Mechanical and/or Electrical works in accordance with project requirements. Collaborate effectively within a team or work independently to develop drawings for submission, ensuring adherence to engineering principles and best practices. Propose system routing independently based on engineering standards, and perform quality checks on model and drawing production. Maintain meticulous records of all issued and received models/drawings, ensuring document control standards are met. Actively participate in coordination meetings and clash detection sessions as needed, contributing to seamless project execution. Provide regular progress reports to the Design Lead, ensuring transparency and alignment with project timelines. Collaborate with the engineer-in-charge and other technical professionals on assigned tasks to achieve project goals
