Power Set Assembly Design Specialist

Jobscope: • Lead the design of power set assemblies, including layout, configuration, and integration of key components (engine, pump, motor, casing, impeller, coupling, etc.). • Develop and maintain detailed assembly drawings, schematics, and technical documentation for power set assemblies. • Oversee the creation of prototype power sets, ensuring that the design can be practically implemented during manufacturing. • Analyze and optimize the power set assembly process for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality. • Work with production teams to develop assembly instructions and best practices for the final assembly of power sets. • Oversee the final assembly process of the power set, ensuring that all components are integrated correctly and meet design specifications. • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the final assembly or testing stages, ensuring high standards of quality are met. Qualification : • At least 5 years working experiences in related fields, including knowledge of engines, pumps, motors, and assembly techniques for power sets. • Strong understanding of materials, parts, and mechanical components used in power set assemblies (e.g., engines, casings, impellers, etc.). • Experience in prototype development and testing to validate designs and ensure operational efficiency. • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve assembly and design issues. • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements for power set manufacturing and assembly. • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with design teams, procurement, manufacturing, and quality control. • Strong attention to detail and a focus on producing high-quality, reliable products.
