About the role RAJ 4 PERFUME SDN BHD is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Procurement and Purchasing Officer to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role based in Kota Bharu, Kelantan, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operations of our manufacturing, transport, and logistics processes. What you'll be doing • Researching and evaluating suppliers to secure the best quality products and services at competitive prices • Negotiating contract terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve favourable pricing and delivery schedules • Placing and following up on purchase orders, monitoring stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment • Maintaining accurate inventory records and documentation to support the procurement process • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address any supply chain issues or challenges • Continuously exploring opportunities to optimise procurement practices and drive cost savings What we're looking for • Minimum 2 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address supply chain challenges • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to liaise with suppliers effectively • Proficient in data analysis and inventory management to maintain accurate records • Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work well under pressure • Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred What we offer At RAJ 4 PERFUME SDN BHD, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
