Protege - Quantity Surveyor

Job Descriptions: a) Responsible for preparation that goes into the calling and awarding of tenders for sub-contract works b) To prepare of proposed budgets or estimate of any sub-contract works c) Preparation and checking of the Bill of Quantities (BQ) for sub-contract work d) Checking/rationalization of all rates and quantities e) Check the quotation submitted by the subcontractor f) Evaluate and provide progress payments to subcontractors g) Provide payment claims and change of work (variation orders) h) Prepare a schedule of materials and budgets and provide interim payment certificate Job Requirements: a) Aged 30 years and below b) Degree in quantity surveying and equivalent c) Fresh graduate or unemployed d) A creative and innovative approach to problem solving e) Self-motivated, positive personalities, good interpersonal skills
